Felix Restaurant im Lebendigen Haus in Leipzig

The apartment was good. Clean. Kitchen bedrooms good. The bathroom was also clean. Booked for five people. Unfortunately everything was only prepared for four people.! There was a couch in the middle part of the apartment to pull out.! No bedding.! No towels either. But after inquiries it was brought! Since we had Mühl in the kitchen through self-sufficiency, we asked to dispose of it. Nothing happened. Even after two nights with five people and two toilet paper rolls, nothing happened.! A pity.! Of course there is still room for improvement!

Great hotel! The rooms are very modern, neat and clean! The view is awesome! Price-performance ratio is also good, breakfast is very good.

The breakfast buffet was a disappointment for me. By far the fewest selection of dishes I have ever seen. What was there wasn't immediately refilled, not even half an hour later. The dining room was dirty, under all clean.

The positive first: the staff at the reception were very friendly, the room was modern and very clean. The mattresses are moderately comfortable. There is a deduction because the air in the room was hot and stuffy and if you don't want to sleep all night with the window open, it stays that way (ventilation several times only led to short-term success). There is another point deduction for the non-existent service in the restaurant. Although the restaurant was empty, we weren't served for 20 minutes and then left ... with the prices, a little more service would really have been appropriate.

We had an XL 2 bedroom apartment. The beds are comfortable. That was the only positive thing about the property. Hallway and room musty (old building), Hygiene and cleanliness are not very important here. There is only one single window that can be fully opened. We arrived in the evening and booked an apartment with a kitchen, unfortunately we couldn't use it on arrival because the dishes were so dirty that we had to turn on the dishwasher first. 3 hours later we didn't want to cook anymore and went to eat. Too bad, then we would have booked a hotel which would have been cheaper. Stains on bed linen. Not justified at over 150 euros a night without breakfast. PS: The buttons on the elevators could also be wiped off. (Corona and so ...)

Top address !!! Have just arrived ... we feel right at home! Great service at check-in, small, nicely furnished apartment, comfortable bed. We are happy and look forward to Leipzig, the night and the delicious breakfast with a great view.

Great location, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. With great pleasure again soon! Absolutely suitable for families. Parking spaces in the TG are nice and large, the daily prices are fair for the location.

Stylish hotel with spacious apartments and all necessary facilities. Beautiful roof terrace with a view over the Augustplatz, where you can enjoy both a snack and a drink. Good kitchen!

We were up on the roof terrace today. The view is really great over the whole square and we were ready to pay the € 5 for the beer and € 4.50 for the soda. But the service is totally unfriendly and really made us feel undesirable here. Too bad, that gives the whole thing an unpleasant aftertaste.

Really a great hotel, I always like to come here and am a regular guest. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have everything you need. Depending on which room you book, you can also have a kitchenette in which you can completely cater for yourself. All rooms also have a nice large bathroom. On the roof terrace you can also eat very nicely and optionally have breakfast (if you have booked it).

Price-performance ratio of the food is not correct. The view is great, you can enjoy it with a 5 € beer. But I don't recommend eating there.

Beautiful design and amazing staff who went out of their way to solve a little problem I had. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Top hotel with great views over Leipzig

A nice modern and smartly designed hotel in the city center. It has an underground car park and several elevators. It has grown from capacity and there are many new rooms. The suites offer everything you need for a longer stay and are characterized by the high quality equipment of WMF in the kitchen, comfortable box spring beds, smart TVS, large showers and windows. There is also a buffet breakfast and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

We were on the rooftop for a drink. The prices are high. The view, however, awesome

Although I would not call the cheapest room suite, but a really nice hotel with great views, comfortable bed and central location. The staff is very friendly. We'll be back!

Nice, spacious, short rent apartments.

Great apartments - great location Since we inquired exactly beforehand, we knew that the building and the hotel had not yet been completely finished and so everything was only half as bad :-) The staff were all super nice and helpful. Our apartment M was a great size, is modern and comfortably furnished. The absolute highlight for us was the huge window with a comfortable bench above the heater with a direct view of Augustusplatz. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, big shower The restaurant, which is almost finished, also fascinated us - well furnished. We would love to come back and can recommend Felix to others.

Very cool and chic suites, everything you need. Location is to be recommended without reservation. Front desk staff very friendly. Unfortunately the suite has no ventilation and the window to Augustusplatz cannot always be opened due to the traffic. If there is ventilation, it is perfect.

Perfect location for a short or a longer time in Leipzig. Great service and I had a really nice Suite.
